Article summary

Every two weeks, we release improvements to our systems and highlight what is new for you. The latest changes were deployed over the weekend. You don't need to do anything to see these updates in CommunityCore and CommunityConnect.

Just released:

  • Allow contractors to renew their licenses online in CommunityConnect

Contractors can now renew their licenses online!

This is an optional feature has to be enabled (and it's easy!) for your jurisdiction before contractors will see the option to renew a license online.

We are excited to announce that we have added a new feature to CommunityCore that allows contractors to renew their licenses online. This will be a massive timesaver for you and your contractors, as it eliminates the need to manually mail or email renewal applications.

To renew a license online, contractors will log into CommunityConnect and go to the Licenses tab. From there, they can select the license they want to renew and follow the instructions.

  • Increases efficiency: Contractors can renew their licenses at their convenience, without having to wait in line or visit your office.
  • Reduces errors: There is less chance of errors when contractors renew their licenses online, as they can simply follow the instructions and submit their renewal.
  • Improves customer service: Contractors will appreciate the convenience of being able to renew their licenses online.

How to get started:
