Every two weeks, we release improvements to our systems and highlight what is new for you. The latest changes were deployed over the weekend. You don't need to do anything to see these updates in CommunityCore. To take advantage of the new feature in InspectorConnect 3.0, please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
TL;DR (“Too Long; Didn’t Read”)
With these updates, now you can:
- Place a permit on hold
- Attach system-generated permit documents when sending an email notification from the workflow
- Assess reinspection fees in InspectorConnect, on multi-unit inspections

Place a permit on hold
Now you can place an entire permit on hold and prevent the workflow from being updated, submittals from being created and inspections from being scheduled or resulted.

Attach system-generated documents to workflow notifications
Our last release gave you the awesome ability to send email notifications from any active workflow step. As promised, our developers now also added system-generated documents as an option of additional items you can add to these email notifications.

Assess reinspection fees on multi-unit inspections
When resulting multi-unit inspections, you can now assess reinspection fees from InspectorConnect.
