Article Summary

Every two weeks, we release improvements to our systems and highlight what is new for you. The latest changes were deployed over the weekend. You don't need to do anything to see these updates in CommunityCore.

With these updates, now you can:

And for code enforcement officers:

New "Approved" column option in Submittals

Now in the Delivery Queue tab on the Submittals screen, you have the option to add an "Approved" column to the grid.

By default, this column is hidden, but it is easy to customize your grid and add it, like this:

Access/send approval letters before delivery

After this update, you now have the option to review, download, or send the plan approval letter while the submittal status is still "Awaiting Packaging" (before the status is changed to "Delivered").

How this works:

  1. Update the plan review status to Approved As-Is or Approved with Comments
  2. Click on the Submittal Details tab
  3. Even if the submittal status is "Awaiting Packaging" you have access to the Approval Letter

If you have never seen the "Awaiting Packaging" submittal status, your jurisdiction has been set to automatically skip this status and always deliver the submittal automatically.

Code Enforcement: New Status Options

We added two new status options for code enforcement officers to use when updating a violation.

New:

  • Appeal Received
  • Pending Abatement
