January updates we demonstrated:

Permit techs might be interested in:

  • The new Unassigned Reviews tab on the Submittals page
  • The ability to email a permit applicant when you enter a new permit, then accept or deny it
  • The option to designate a default inspector for specific inspections

Inspectors might be interested in:

  • The ability to add additional file types (PDFs, Word documents, etc.) to inspection results in InspectorConnect
  • The ability to text a site contact when in route to the inspection stop
  • The ability to select a different navigation app to use with InspectorConnect (Google Maps and Waze are now supported)

Plans Examiners might be interested in:

  • The new Unassigned Reviews tab on the Submittals page
  • The option to add the new Received Date column to the Plan Review grid
  • The option to automatically send the plan comment or plan approval letter when a submittal is delivered

Code Enforcement Officers and Case Techs might be interested in:

  • The ability to edit a violation history item in CommunityCore
