    View or Reopen a Denied Business License Application

    • Click Businesses in the left navigation
    • Then, open the Denied Registrations tab to view all applications that were denied
    • Click the business name to open
      Businesses, Denied Registrations, Click on Business Name.png


    • Click the dropdown in the Denied Application button
    • Select Reopen
      Businesses, Denied Application, Reopen.png


    After reopening the denied application, you can choose to accept the application, return it as "needs info", or deny it again.
