    Update the Expiration Date on a Business License

    Change the Expiration Date

    1. From the business license, click Details
    2. Click General
    3. Check Override Expiration Date
    4. Select the new expiration date
    5. Add Override Notes (the reason for the change to the expiration date)
    6. Click Save


    Expiration Notice

    You can download, email or save the expiration notice to Documents:
    Businesses, Details, General, Expiration Notice Options.png


    Logged in the History

    • When the expiration date is changed, it's logged in the History.
    • If you email the Expiration Notice, this action will also be logged in the history.
