Planning & Zoning in CommunityCore is an optional feature that can be enabled to help jurisdictions track and manage planning and zoning projects.
Planning application types can be customized for your jurisdiction.
The planning workflows can be customized for your jurisdiction.
Fees can be set up and associated with specific planning application types.
You can choose the Planning Application types that Contractors and/or Community Members can apply for online in CommunityConnect.
Users with specific user roles (Planning Tech, Planning Reviewer, Planning Inspector) in CommunityCore will see planning options in the left navigation.
Other user roles can search for and view planning applications in their jurisdiction.
