    1. Open the case

    2. Select the complaint to update

    4. Select a violation status

    5. Add inspection details, corrections, notes and photos

    Depending on the violation status, fill out the details of the inspection. Adding notes and photos are helpful, but optional.

    6. Review and click Save

    Review inspection notes and click Save IC3.png

    7. Select Case Detail to continue

    Click Case Details to go to the submit screen.png
