- You can inactivate a contractor from a permit if they are no longer involved in the permit as a contractor
- When a contractor is inactivated, they aren't removed as a contractor from the system entirely, they are just inactivate on a specific permit.
- A contractor that has been inactivated from a specific permit will still be able to view the permit in CommunityConnect, they will not receive notifications on that permit, however.
- You can reactivate a contractor after they have been inactivated
- You can also make a trade contractor inactive
To inactivate a contractor from a permit:
In the permit, click Details, then Contractors
