Inactivate a Contractor From a Permit

• You can inactivate a contractor from a permit if they are no longer involved in the permit as a contractor
• When a contractor is inactivated, they aren't removed as a contractor from the system entirely, they are just made inactive on that specific permit.
• A contractor that has been inactivated from a specific permit will still be able to view the permit in CommunityConnect, they will not receive notifications on that permit, however.
• You can also make a trade contractor inactive

Inactivate a Contractor From a Permit:

• In the permit, click Details, then Contractors
• Click the trash can icon in the contractor's record
  

• Click the Inactivate button
  

• View Inactive/Active contractors by clicking the toggle
