Create a permit submittal and assign a plan review

In the permit workflow, you can create a submittal when the plan review step is opened.
To create a submittal, click Create Submittal
Fill out the fields in the Create Submittal form. Two fields are required:
- Plan Format
- Discipline
Field | About |
---|---|
Submittal Name | This field is automatically populated, however, you can change it. |
Plan Format | This is a required field |
Location of Plans | If you are working with paper plans, you can note where the plans are located |
Received Date | This field is automatically populated, however, you can change it. |
SLA Days | Service Line Agreement days are set up for your jurisdiction, however, you can change this number when creating a submittal |
Expedited | You can note that the plan is expedited here |
Disciplines | When creating a new submittal, you can choose one or multiple disiciplines for the plan review. You can add additional disciplines after the submittal has been created |
Assigned To | You can assign this plan review to a plans examiner now or later |
Add Plan Review | When creating a submittal, you can add another plan review if there is another plan review that you need to assign to a different plans examiner. You can add a plan review later as well. |
Move Permit Documents | If you would like to associate a document that has already been uploaded to the permit with this submittal, you can do that here. |
Upload File | You can also upload a new document that will be included in the plan review |
