What is a Company Admin?
- Contractor user, part of a contracting company
- An authorized online user for a contracting company that has additional permissions to manage certain aspects of their company's profile.
- If you assign a contractor user as a Company Admin in your jurisdiction, if they are setup in another jurisdiction as part of a contracting company, they will not automatically be designated as a Company Admin in the other jurisdiction(s).
View Company Admins
To see which user(s) have Company Admin permissions, open a company's profile, then click Authorized Online Users:
How to assign Company Admin
Existing users
- In a contracting company's profile, click Authorized Online Users
- Then add a check in the Company Admin column next to the user that should receive Company Admin permissions.
New users
What a Company Admin can do
Company Details
- Edit most Company Details fields
Trades
- Check or uncheck trades
Authorized Online Users
- Add users
- Remove users
- Update user contact info
- Resend email to new users to set up profile
- Designate user as a company admin
- Remove company admin privileges from a user
Contractor Licensing
These options are available for Company Admins if the jurisdiction has online licensing and renewals enabled.
