Business Licenses in CommunityCore: Overview

Business Licensing 2.0 in CommunityCore is an optional module that can be enabled to help jurisdictions track and manage business licenses.

• Business License types can be customized for your jurisdiction.
• The business license workflows can be customized for each license type.
• Fees can be set up and associated with specific business licenses.
• Users, added as a Community Member, can apply for a business license or view their license online in CommunityConnect.
• Users with specific user roles (Business Tech, Businesses Reviewer) in CommunityCore will see Businesses in the left navigation.
