    6/21/21: What's new in CommunityCore and InspectorConnect 3.0?

    Every two weeks, we release improvements to our systems and highlight what is new for you. The latest changes were deployed over the weekend. You don't need to do anything to see these updates in CommunityCore. To take advantage of the new features in InspectorConnect 3.0, please make sure you have the latest version of the app.

    TL;DR (“Too Long; Didn’t Read”)

    With these updates in CommunityCore, you can now:

    • View inspections across multiple offices
    • Make a copy of a project

    And in InspectorConect 3.0, now you can:

    • Drag and drop to reorder building and case inspections on the scheduled task and scheduled cases screens
    • Schedule a court date for a case violation

    View inspections in multiple offices

    If you are have access to multiple offices in CommunityCore, now you have the option to view inspections in all (a maximum of ten at a time) of your offices on one screen.

    If you don't have access to more than one office in CommunityCore, you won't see the option to enable office mode on the inspections screen.

    Make a copy of a project

    To speed up the time it takes to create a new project, with this update, you have the option to create a copy of a project and submittal. When you have a new project that is similar to one you have already created, with the new option to duplicate, you can save time re-entering data.

    InspectorConnect 3.0

    Drag and drop to reorder inspections & cases on the scheduled tasks screen

    Now you can drag and drop to reorder your cases and inspections from the scheduled cases and scheduled tasks screens in InspectorConnect 3.0.

    We also updated the way the drag & drop works on the maps screen:

    Set court date

    With this update, you can now set a court date from InspectorConnect 3.0 so you don't have to remember to add it to CommunityCore after you are finished in the field.
