Every two weeks, we release improvements to our systems and highlight what is new for you. The latest changes were deployed over the weekend. You don't need to do anything to see these updates in CommunityCore.
With these updates, now you can:
- See how many submittals require attention without clicking into each tab
Renamed submittal tab with counters
In this update, we renamed the submittal tabs to make them a little more clear. You can also see how many items, for each tab, are requiring attention so you don't have to click into every tab to see if anything is new.
Needs plan reviews: These are submittals that don't have a plan review created and assigned.
Active: Shows all submittals that have a plan review in progress or awaiting packaging
Delivery Queue: Shows all submittals that have a completed plan review, but have yet to be delivered.
Awaiting Resubmittal: Shows all submittals that are waiting for a resubmittal from a contractor/homeowner
