The Submittal History in a permit or project gives you a detailed history of edits and changes to a submittal.

Captured in the Submittal History (for Permits and Projects):

• When a plan review is assigned
• Who assigned the plan review
• Who the plan review was assigned to
• The date the plan review was assigned
• The discipline of the plan review assigned

In the Submittal History, you will also see any changes made to these fields:

• Submittal Name
• Plan Format
• Location of Plans
• Received Date
• SLA Days
• Due Date
• Scope of Work
• Lead
• Submittal created
• Documents uploaded
• Documents removed
• Time entries edited

• You can sort or filter any column in the Submittal History
• The Submittal History logs the user that performed each action as well as when the action was performed.
