    Applications awaiting info

    To view applications that you have sent back to the applicant requiring more information, click the Applications tab, then select Awaiting Information in the dropdown.

    Send an email reminder

    If you have permit applications that have been “awaiting info” (applications awaiting info) for awhile, now you can send a reminder email to the applicant.
