Unsubscribe contractor or community member from workflow notifications

If a contractor or community member asks for fewer permit notification emails, you can unsubscribe them from workflow notifications.

Please note

• When the user is unsubscribed, they will be unsubscribed from workflow notification emails from all jurisdictions they have access to in CommunityConnect

• They will still receive system notification emails like:

  • Emails when a permit is accepted, denied or needs more info
  • Emails that confirm a requested inspection
  • Inspection result emails
  • Emails you send from a workflow step to them
  • Plan comment or plan approval emails
  • Other documents you email to a user, like permits, inspection cards, COs, CCs
  • Invoices or receipts you email
