    Reopen a Denied Application

    Locate the denied application

    You can view all denied applications in the inactive tab on the Permits screen

    Click to open the denied application that you would like to reopen

    Reopen the application

    Click the Denied Application button, then select Reopen from the dropdown

    Manage the external application

    After you have reopened a denied permit, it will become an External Application

    Click the Actions button at the bottom of the screen and either accept the application, deny the application again, or click Needs Info to request more information from the applicant.
