Reopen a Completed Permit or Planning Application

⚡ FYI: To use this feature, a permission must be enabled first
To have the ability to reopen a workflow step, you must be granted permission in the system. If you require this functionality, please reach out to support@communitycore.com.
After a Permit or Planning Application has been completed (closed), if you need to reopen it, follow these steps:
- Click the Reopen icon on the last workflow step
- Enter reason for reopening the Permit or Planning Application. This will be logged in the Planning History or Permit History.
