FAQs about Tracking Time in InspectorConnect

If I'm tracking my time in InspectorConnect, do I still need to enter my time in SAFEtime?
You will not have to track your inspection time in SAFEtime if you are tracking your time in InspectorConnect. However, please verify with your supervisor if you need to track drive time and activities in SAFEtime and/or InspectorConnect.

I forgot to "stop" my time in InspectorConnect. Now what?
You can either Pause time tracking in the task or if you have not submitted inspection results yet, you can submit your results to end the tracking of your time. If you Pause or Submit Results, you will have the option to manually enter the total time spent on the task or the time when tracking should have resumed.

Do I start my time once I'm on site or when I start traveling?
