Planning in CommunityCore: Overview

Planning & Zoning in CommunityCore is an optional feature that can be enabled to help jurisdictions track and manage planning and zoning projects.

• Planning application types can be customized for your jurisdiction.

• The planning workflows can be customized for your jurisdiction.

• Fees can be set up and associated with specific planning application types.

• You can choose the Planning Application types that Contractors and/or Community Members can apply for online in CommunityConnect.

• Users with specific user roles (Planning Tech, Planning Reviewer, Planning Inspector) in CommunityCore will see planning options in the left navigation.
  

• Other user roles can search for and view planning applications in their jurisdiction.
