    2. Select the Violation to Update

    Select the complaint to update IC3.png


    3. Touch Update Violation

    Select update violation button IC3.png


    4. Select Enter Violation Update

    5. Add Notes > Save

    Enter required notes and an optional image.

    6. Click Case Detail

    Click Case Details to go to the submit screen


    7. Click Submit
