Works with Word Documents too!

This feature works with Word as well! With this integration you can download any Word Document from CommunityCore or easily upload a a Word document from Windows Explorer to CommunityCore. View this how-to guide on working with documents outside of Bluebeam.



Download any PDF document into Bluebeam

From Permit or Project documents in CommunityCore, click the Bluebeam icon image.png.

Upload a revised document back to CommunityCore

After making changes to a file in Bluebeam, you can upload the updated version back to CommunityCore.

In Bluebeam:

(Optional) Update the document name, add additional notes, mark as approved and/or share externally with the contractor/applicant:

When you are back in the Documents screen in CommunityCore, refresh your page or click the Refresh button):

Upload a new document to CommunityCore

This option is for PDF files only.

Save or move the new document to the correct permit folder in the SAFEbuilt Bluebeam Files folder:

Right-click the file, then select Upload to CommunityCore:

When you are back in the Documents screen in CommunityCore, refresh your page or click the Refresh button (coming soon):
