❔ What is an authorized online user?
Contracting companies in CommunityCore can have Authorized Online Users that will have a user name and password. These users will be able to login to CommunityConnect and view permit info and create permit applications.
Add an authorized online user
To add an Authorized Online User, you will only need their email address.
When you add an authorized user to a company, they will automatically receive an email, giving them access to CommunityConnect
They will need to click on the link in the email within 8 days to activate their account.
If they do not receive an email, please guide them to check their spam folder.
Resend setup email to authorized online user
If the user hasn't setup their account, or needs the setup email again, you can resend it by going into their profile:
